Realty. Belinda has worked in the real estate industry for three decades
beginning in 1983 in the commercial real estate market. In 1991, Belinda started
her own company where she stays busy managing an office of ten agents active in
both Residential and Commercial Real Estate in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

skills in her profession. She has held numerous offices within the Women’s
Council of Realtors where she has served as President of the local chapter,
Texas
District Vice President and ultimately Governor of Texas. Belinda’s peers
recognized her commitment to the real estate profession when they voted her
Realtor of Year in 1995.
Belinda has shown great commitment to her local business community. For more
than 15 year’s, she has involved herself in the Mesquite Chamber of Commerce.
Belinda has chaired numerous committees, received several Member of the Month
awards, the Volunteer of the Year award and the Committee Chair of the Year
award, and in 2003, she served as the Chamber’s Chairman of the Board. Belinda
takes her greatest pride in developing the Chamber’s Annual Taste and Trade
event from its infancy to a major event that promotes the city’s businesses and
acts as a major fund-raiser for the Chamber.
Currently, Belinda serves as the chairperson for the Mesquite Chamber of
Commerce’s Golf Tournament and the Fundraiser Committee with the Women’s Council
of Realtors. She is a member of North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors,
MetroTex Association of Realtors, and Real Estate Buyers Agent Council, where
she holds her Accredited Buyers Real Estate Designation. She has also been
accepted as a life member of the National Registry of Who’s Who.
Belinda also values her community service. She continues to serve on several
non-profit organizations such as the Historic Mesquite Board where she is
chairperson of the Ways and Means Committee and serves on the Mesquite Service
League and a member of Main Street Mesquite. Due to her commitment and service
to her community she was nominated for the 2005 Mesquite Women In Service and
Enterprise award.
Most weekends, Belinda enjoys spending time with her mother, sister and brother,
which usually includes watching her niece and nephew play softball and baseball.
