Cindy Witt began her real estate career in 1988 and during that time worked for three companies that are well recognized all over Texas for commercial management and leasing. Having worked in real estate for eighteen years and having a license for twelve has given Cindy the experience and knowledge to service any real estate transaction from purchasing, financing, construction, management or leasing. “As an agent I have always strived to provide the highest care in communication, customer service and attention to detail. No matter what the relationship I work to meet the goals and objectives of both sides of the transaction and hopefully achieve a win-win for all parties involved. At the end of the day it is about honesty and integrity to reach successful results.”

In addition to Cindy’s experience, she has continued her education to be up to date with laws and regulations that affect real estate in the current market. Cindy is a member of the Texas Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. By 2007 Cindy’s goal is to become a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and Certified Property Manager (a designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management).

Cindy is a native Texan, married with three children, all born and raised in the Dallas area. Her husband Paul is an independent insurance agent in Plano, so customer service and satisfaction is a common thread in their daily routine. Cindy and her family like to travel and this year hosted a German exchange student who traveled through Texas with them.
